Add 30kg of flat water and O to the reaction kettle, and then add 150kg of distilled water to stir and heat for dissolution. Put 25kg of butyl acrylate, 9kg of methyl methacrylate, and 1kg of acrylamide into a reactor, raise the temperature to about 55 ℃, add 6.8kg of 10% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution dropwise, and react for 0.5h. Then, continue to add 45kg of butyl acrylate, 17kg of butyl methacrylate, 2kg of acrylamide, and 14.2kg of ammonium persulfate aqueous solution at 70-80 ℃. Reaction for 2 hours. Add 20kg601 detergent and stir quickly to emulsify evenly to obtain the finished product.
This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. When using it, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
